I was told on the phone to come in and I'd be first in line but I ended up waiting 4 hours to get the work performed!!!! I checked in the front desk every 30 minutes and got a wide variety of excuses. Short story is they were overbooked and they lied to me on the phone to get me to come in. Not happy at all and won't be returning.

Ad indicated Oil change, tire rotation special. Very slow in doing job (1 and 1/2 hours) No updates even after requested. Additional fee requested for "disposal of oil" that wasn't advertised
