My microwave broke. Since it is a discontinued model, I would have had to buy a new one. Not only a new microwave, but the metal structure that goes around it that is somehow as much money as the new microwave. I was looking at $600 minimum for a replacement. The guys at Sherwood TV and Appliance had my microwave back to me within a few days. It works like new.

They are superb, and they answer their own phones. You never get a recording, and that is very important to me. They service their own equipment, and are right on time with their delivery. I even changed my delivery time last minute, and they had no problem adjusting this for me. They set everything up, and showed me how to run the system. It was a brand new model, and they stayed here for about 45 minutes to train us. The service is just excellent. I am even willing to spend more for them because the service was so great. They cleaned up so well it was as if they were never here.
