I love the personal care I get there and I love the vet. That is why I've been going there all these years. They take care of my animals when I'm out of town, other places I'd leave them, they'd come back with fleas and all kinds of things. You go in there and they find one flea on your animal, it gets taken care of. Overall, they are great. I am willing to pay the money because of the quality of care I get. Unless an emergency comes in, you get in with your appointment. They make it convenient for me because a lot of times with the cat, I have problems catching her to get her in the crate. Basically what they allow me to do is have a day that I just crate her up, go drop her off with them until they can do the shots and call me to come pick her up. The little things they do for you that makes it so much easier. If you have had an animal getting sick like I've done in the past, They go above and beyond trying to help you deal with that. They give you information on what might help.

They took excellent care of our dog. We have used this dog for all of our pets during the last 18 years. Dr. Bier is an excellent vet and quick to diagnose potential problems.

Dr. Beier is one of the few truly professional and well informed veterinarians who can provide total care services for your pets. She is thorough, very knowledgable, and very personable. She cares about her clients and is very careful in her selection of professional staff. I am always greeted with cheer and her staff are punctual - even to meet me for those sometimes very early "drop offs" at 7 a.m. before work. There may be less expensive animal care clinics in the area, but none to compare in quality and dedication. If you want the best care for your pet, then you need to go here. I have had two dogs and one cat in her care over the course of 16 years now.

Their price is kind of high. They treat us fabulously. She has taken such good care of our animals. We treat our animals like we would treat a child. She is just very good with our animals. We have been going there for about 25 years. We had to have our cat put down last year and she did it for us. He just went to sleep. She has saved both of my son's dogs. One of them was torn apart my a pit-bull. She saved him. The other dog ate a bullfrog and got extremely sick. It almost died. My son kept calling me saying it wasn't going to make it through the night and she saved him. Everyone is very friendly.

The clinic is pretty expensive but they are very good. I will use them again in the future.
