I was very pleased with their service, very pleased. The service was excellent. They were very, very professional. He came out and gave me an estimate for the services done. As a matter of fact, they even loaned me a portable extra air conditioner until my unit came in. They were so nice and understanding. It was Mr. Hensley and Corinne, but Mr. Hensley was the one who installed it.
