They got to work immediately; the airconditioner in the attic was frozen over; what a mess! The house was perfect when I returned 2 days later. We inherited this house and needed to get ready for more renovations soon after.
Description of Work: They identified the water leak source; and also found a hole in the roof. They had to cut out and replace parts of the ceiling and a wall in a bedroom. They also had to pull out the carpet in the damaged areas.
