Work was done quickly and well. However, they found another problem with the windshield. I did not have them do the work because there was a possibility that it was a warranty issue. When the dealer looked at the "crack" it turned out to be excess glue.

Excellent. They came to me at work and replaced the windshield. They left everything pristine and assembled perfectly. They were very professional, friendly, and professional. They explained the process in common terms, that is there was no jargon. My deductible meant I had to pay cash and I was given a slightly discounted rate bou it was still very costly ( approx. $400). I know it was because the windshield on a Lexus is somewhat specialized but still I thought that was a tad pricey.

It went fine. The only issue that I encountered is that I also requested wipers for my new windshield and they forgot them. They just removed the wipers from my order and charged me only for the windshield. He showed up at 4:15. I didn't receive a call to let me know where I was on the schedule.

Great. Able to schedule for that afternoon at my house online for an extra fee, but worth it. Got Angie's list coupon too. On time, professional, great work. Wish all companies were like this.

I went to them to have them replace the windshield. It took them about 1 1/2 hours to change it.

The tech was very professional, courteous, informative, and punctual. She worked dilligently to repair the crack in my windshield. Unfoortunately it was partially visible upon completion.

Things went well. We've been using them for a long time. My insurance company recommended them to us. We've always been well pleased with him. They are right there around the corner and they do the work within an hour so I won't have to be late. I have no qualms with them at all and everything is fine.

The service guy was very punctual. He arrived and started to remove the old windshield. When he went to install the new windshield, he noticed that they were not exactly the same. The windshield I had originally had a tint strip across the top. He called his store and asked them if they had the one with the top tint strip, which they did, and he very quickly went to exchange them out and returned to finish the work. I was very impressed, because he took the time to let me know that the windshield was not the same, even though it would have been fine to use, He finished timely and was very professional.

All of the arraingements were made via computer. The website was tutorial and easy to use. Rather than have the tech come to my home. I took the car to the local shop for the repair. On the day before the repair, my appointment was confirmed both by e-mail and by phone. Upon my arrival, everything was handled quickly, professionally and efficiently. I spoke with the tech both before and after the repair. The repair was completed and I wes on my way 30 minutes quicker than I expected. I was VERY impressed.

I spent nothing for the work. Overall, the experience was very good. They showed up for the work and took care of the business. They have to worry about the people's skill or anything. They looked pretty professional. They call before they show up, which is very good. It was deductible.

Went to Safelite's web page and obtained an estimate; recieved a prompt reply and estimate. Scheduled an appointment, the technician was on time,courteous, professional. During the removal and replacement of the new windshield a piece of molding was damaged accidentally. The technician contacted his manger and arranged for the damage peice to be ordered and replace. A week later after not hearing from the manager or any other office representative I contacted the Technician. Again the Technician assured me someone from the office would contact me, but to no avail. I contacted the Corporate Office a week and a half later. The Corporate Office stayed in constant contact with me, but I never heard anything from the local office until the Technician re-contacted me with the replacement part. The Technician offered an apology, assuming for his manager or customer service personnel's inept customer service skills. I rated their service a and quot;Band quot; just for this reason.

A representative called me within an hour of my email request. She provided all the information regarding cost, insurance, time it would take, and home service. She also said they accepted insurance. A date was set and I received a followup call to confirm cost, time and insurance. on the followup call, Safelite contacted my insurance company while i was on the line and confirmed the insuraqnce payment. The technician arrived at my home on time, completed the work quickly and provided information about when the glass would be set.

I requested the service yesterday online. Follow-up phone call clarified and answered any questions. Ms. Jill called this morning to walk me thru a conference call with the insurance company--effortless. Johann showed up as scheduled, explained everything, did a professional job, explained everything again, cleaned ALL my windows, and even chatted for a few minutes--PROFESSIONAL and VERY NICE. Virtually no aggravation. This is as easy as it gets for a windshield replacement. I already referred this folks to a colleague for her windshield. A++

We had the technician come to the house. There is an $25 fee for this. They came within a day. Good service, fair, reasonable price. We have used them 3 times. We would recommend them. You can save the extra money by going by their office, usually only takes about an hour.

They were very good. The service was excellent. They came to my place and took care of it.

I got three estimates from different businesses. I then called my insurance company to see if they had a waiver on the deductable for a windshield replacement claim. No luck on the waiver but, they did connect me directly to a Safelite representative who gave me a price of about $20 less that my previous estimate from Safelite. Safelite had the lowest estimate although all the estimates were within $30 of each other. The representative scheduled my appointment. They completed the work in one and one half hour as promised. I choose Safelite because of price and the fact that they are a national company. I was pleased with their work. The staff was pleasant. I would use thier services again.

prompt and friendly and professional. actually brought a different brand windshield than i was expecting. determined it was a miscommunication between corporate office and local office. offered to change it out again for me, but i didnt want to take that time, so they gave me a discount to make up for the error. they managed the error well and i would use them again if i needed to.

They were prompt, showed up on time and got the work done. Both technicians were polite and friendly. I didn’t pick them and didn’t pay them, the insurance company did but I was very satisfied with the service. The technicians cleaned the windshields inside and out, one even vacuumed out my car around the drivers seat after installation.

Poorly. The repair took two days without my car. They first brought my car out with the body molding around my windshield cracked into two pieces. They did not say anything, point it out, or take responsibility. If I had not noticed it, I would have left with a damaged car. They did replace the molding after I pointed it out and raised the issue. When I left the lot there was significant wind noise at low speed. I returned the car and they wind tested it and found leaks. I left again and there was still wind noise. When I returned this second time, the technician told me there is nothing they can do about and I'd have to live with the noise. Finally the manager came out and agreed to start over and put in a whole new windsheild, which they did and it fixed the problem. However, it should not have been this much trouble to get the job done right at the beginning. After I got the car home, I noticed scratches and chips in the interior plastic molding that they damaged.
