Fantastic! I live in another state, but I try to take care of things for my elderly Mom. Obviously, a lot of problems had accumulated. We had had a couple different plumbers out to fix things, but they didn't really resolve the problems; same problems re-appeared. I found Marino Plumbing from Angie's List and called. Carl fixed everything on my list and it all stayed fixed. [It is now more than a year later.] He even identified that the persistent bad smell in a bathroom was a gas leak to the small wall heater that we no longer used anyway, and he capped off the gas line. Prices were very reasonable. He fully explained everything he was going to do and the prices and options for each item before he started. He worked efficiently, left everything clean. He was able to replace the cap of the drum trap whereas others said the whole section of pipe and trap would have to be replaced, which was a cost savings. He did all the work in one morning. He was professional, friendly and just an all-around nice person. Later, the office manager emailed me to say that in updating her records, she discovered that my Mom had been a very early customer of theirs years ago, shortly after they bought the business from Marino when Marino retired. I feel like they're my friends. And he's definitely my plumber forever!!

Carl arrived a couple minutes early and was courteous, professional, and efficient. He was done in about an hour and half, maybe even less. We would absolutely hire them again for a bigger job.

Perfectly. He did the work timely, and we had a nice visit at the same time. It was a time right after a 3 day ice storm, and he fit me in like it was just another day. I can't say enough good about the experience; except I am calling him back in a couple of weeks for another job. I've never done that with another plumber.

Old cast iron drain was leaking. They removed the bad part and replaced it with a section of PVC.
Always good to check a persons work. We resolved differences.

The phone was answered promptly and the plumber and his helper showed up as agreed. They explained everything to me and never stopped working (for about 6 hours!!!).

Came back in a couple of days to repair the kitchen drain pipe that had rusted away (very old house).

They even discussed which kinds of bathroom tissue to use to keep lines unclogged!

This was the third plumber I had had to the house----think he fixed the problem!

The only glitsch in the whole episode is that when I got my bill, it had my ex married name on it! Haven't been that in 12 years!
When I called the office and asked about it, I was told that sometimes things get mixed up like that when dealing with credit but she would ask the biller and let me know. Never did let me know and to be honest with you, I did not know they were accessing my credit report! Nothing to hide, just think they could let customers know.

Although original appointment was delayed, the work was performed in an excellent and efficient manner. Clean up was excellent.

We were happy with their service. They gave a senior discount. He was very prompt and very courteous. We called the night before and he came the next morning as scheduled.

I noticed a leak in my yard along the irrigation line that Ronnie Marino had repaired some months ago. I called OVER THE WEEKEND because it was just on my mind. I left the message that this was not an emergency, and I was certain they had received several SOS calls because we had had subfreezing weather and others probably needed service more than I did. I clearly stated to put me on the list for whenever someone would be coming to my neighborhood. Monday AM, before 7 Ronnie Marino was at my door addressing the problem. They said the problem was in no way related to the previous work they had done, but was a few feet away on the same pipe they had repaired. A subsequent written report noted that the pipe was only buried about three inches underground, but they did not say if they corrected that problem so this recurring problem won't continue to recur. These are very prompt responders! You leave a message they will answer it. They are very polite. I just hope they really FIXED the problem and didn't band-aid it and wait for it to happen again.

I called the provider and the call was answered promptly and courteously. The person took my information and gave an estimate of when a plumber could arrive. She stated that he would call later that afternoon to set up a convenient time. The plumber called later that afternoon and was able to schedule a time convenient for me and provided an estimate based on my explanation of the problem. He and his helper arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were well mannered, professional, and had a neat appearance. The immediate problem was fixed quickly at the estimated cost, and while he was working, my husband and I peppered him with other plumbing questions that we had. I was impressed that he gave honest, knowledgable advice which was often not to his own financial advantage. For example, when asked about installing a garbage disposal in our kitchen, he advised against it because of the problems that we could encounter with it in our older home, even though he could have made a sale. He also explained how to fix a plumbing problem which had existed for years with our washing machine overflowing. We had several other plumbers look at the problem, but had never been able to explain the problem and how to fix it. Mr. Saucier solved the mystery by explaining the physics of how the water was flowing and how it needed to be fixed with a pipe attached to the roof to provide the proper flow of water. Overall, we were impressed with this contractor and would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to family and friends.

It was good. He was really responsive. He took a couple days to come out, but he came when he said he would and finished the work on time.

We called for an estimate. He came out with his assistant and did a thorough estimate - meaning he didn't just "eye-ball" it. He got up in the attic and measured the areas for the necessary piping, and my husband was very pleased with that (a competing company didn't - and this "competing company" is a big business in town that gave us an outrageous bid, BTW). We called and scheduled for him to come. He was the absolute nicest person, and his assistant was, as well. He installed all of the gas lanterns, and did a superb job. Meaning, he was careful, showed me exactly what he was going to do, made sure I was happy with where/height the laterns would be located, and completed the job and clean up that day. There was little mess, and he made sure to be careful with the sheetrock and brick as to eliminate/avoid any potential damage caused by drilling into the house for the gas piping.

Excellent. Called for an estimate and scheduled appointment for the next day. Carl was extremely nice and punctual. Installed toilet without any problems and left my bathroom spotless. I was very pleased with the work and would hire him again. Price included all parts and labor except cost of toliet. Fair price in my opinion.

We noticed the carpeting around the toilet was wet and figured that we needed to reseal the toilet. We removed the toilet ourselves and attempted to reseal it but ran into all kinds of problems. Finally we decided we needed a professional to come in and do the job right. We called Carl and arranged a time for him to come and take care of the problem for us. Since it wasn't an emergency situation, we arranged for a convenient time and within a few days we had a functional toilet again. From now on, we will call Carl first before attempting plumbing on our own!
