Overall, very good experience. From Googling other folks' experience I'm guessing the part cost was more or less preeetty typical, but it was over $250 for some little standard transformer board, which, I mean come on, is no doubt marked up quite a bit. Other hand, no extra charge for visit on weekend, which is a big plus. All I talked to at the company were professional, prompt, and helpful, and the affable young fella who came out was the best HVAC tech we've ever had over--thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful, so I'd ask for him for next repair job (which of course i hope i don't need) and maybe system replacement.
