Mr. Rigby ignored multiple requests on my part for help with an IRS issue. He brushed me off with (this is a direct quote) "No news is good news" (!) Rigby's office staff lost track of multiple documents in his charge that were essential to my case. Rigby was verbally abusive to me when I called demanding he take action. If I were to estimate Mr. Rigby's true "cost of service" to me, the figure would range into the hundreds of thousands of dollars due to the tax interest and penalties his poor advice and inaction cost me.
