Apartments
They charge me a condo associate fee. It is lovely. I have a two-bedroom apartment. I pay them monthly. They are friendly and they are punctual. They are very professional. They have cookies in the office for me every day. They take care of any need and if they can't take care of it, they will tell me how I can take care of it. They would give me a phone number. If that didn't work, then they will continue to help me. They will upkeep the property. It is spectacular.
