Reliant Property Management

I was in need of a Property Manager for a remote rental property I own. I had a prospective tenant but did not have the ability to inspect, repair and finalize the Tenancy from GA; the property is in LA. I contacted Reliant based on their Angie's List review. The first contact was pleasant and professional. I was asked to provide access to the property for inspection and review to discuss what Reliant could provide to secure the Tenant. I overnighted the keys to the vacant property to Reliant. I did not receive a call that the package had been receive, so I called to verify. I was told that I would get a call back in two days with the inspection results. That did not happen. 10 days after my follow-up call on 4/3/12, I received a call from a staff member with a list of needed repairs. I asked that the information be faxed with quotes for my review and approval. Almost two months later, I have not received a fax, follow-up phone call or my keys. My prospective Tenant had a move-in date of 4/30/12. The Tenant was using a program that guaranteed rent for the first year. Reliant said they were familiar with the Program. As a result of their lack of follow-through, the income opportunity was lost. I chose not to follow-up because their lack of follow-up proved to me they were not a good fit for my needs. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them based on my experience.
