Horrible!!! 1. They had a p/u load of sealed batts but used opened dirty insulation on my house. I did see them haul (rolled in roughly) one pack of sealed insulation batts. 2. I stayed outside me they completed the job (if you want to call it that). Therefore I can't prove it, I don't they ever measured any piece. There were very few sections neatly and properly done. The batts were just crammed into the wall spaces. If they were to long, the bottoms were folder and tucked in or just left hanging over the bottom plate. I requested "faced" insulation which use. However, some of the paper facing was missing and other sections the facing on the batts were twisted therefore voiding the purpose of "faced" insulation --- A VAPOR BARRIER! 3. I had to laugh to keep from crying, but in the narrow sections they just added up insulation and crammed it into area. No vapor barrier there! 4. Around the electrical outlets was total disaster. 5. Most of batts were just crumpled and forced in with evidently no measuring. 6. And they left all their mess. I called the foreman out before I paid him. He came out and I pointed out the above. He and his men started tidying up and cutting and tucking but the results are still absolutely horrible. I don't know if it was because our house is old or that my wife and I are 70 year old seniors, but is company did us wrong. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD GET OUT OF THIS BUSINESS. And I advise YOU to stop recommending is company, RED STICK lNSULATION, BATON ROUGE LOUISIANA

He was friendly, on time, did more than expected and insulated our attic hatch, was extremely pleasant and easy to work with and gave a fair quote on the phone simply based on our square footage. Very good and affordable. I could not have done it myself for less.

The provider missed the first appointment to give a quote. I contacted the provider to reschedule another appointment. They did provide a quote during the second appointment at the scheduled time. The quote was very reasonable and I called the provider about a week later to schedule the installation. The provider arrived promptly for the appointment and did a great job on the installation.

Prompt estimate, curtious, and worked within our schedule. Started and completed the work on time. Excellent job and would definately use them again.

I used them once before. They were prompt and reasonably priced.

Very well satisfied.
