REBEL AIR CONDITIONING & HTG

They came out out to look at an air conditioning problem where the air conditioning just stopped working. It was an item that was covered under warranty. It was some kind of a rectifier or something like that in the unit outside. It was covered by warranty so that was a good thing. We have using these guy for about 20 years. They are very very nice. They are an "A" company for sure. The workers are very good, certainly they are the same guys we have been using like I said, they just really know their stuff. That is why we keep using them. They were only here about an half an hour. The entire job was outside, they didn't enter the house at all. They certainly picked up after themselves and did not leave anything laying around, their tools or anything else like that. It all worked out fine.

At about 1:30pm yesterday, I called Rebel because one of our AC units stopped cooling. Two hours later they arrived and fixed the problem within 30 min. We have been using Rebel now for a number of years with excellent experience. We didn't get an estimate because of our prior experience and expect a fair price when we get the invoice.

I have used Rebel for many years as they had also installed my heating unit in the 90's. I also used them for my late mother's vacant house when we had problems with her central a/c before selling the house. Appointments are scheduled promptly, workers arrive when they say they will, do the job that needs to be done and answer all my questions. If a followup is needed, they respond quickly. I feel that I can trust them to do the job, whether it is routine maintenance or a specific repair job.

They arrived when they said they would. They diagnosed and resolved the problem in a very short period of time.

Installation took around 3 hours per system and was neat and professional
