QUALITY WORK

Made the addition smaller than requested, by using incorrect measurements and left a brick footing after being told we wanted siding used. Poured the foundation without removing the bricks from the present wall, thus the new foundation was poured about 2 inches lower than the main. When the framing for the carport was put up, he was told it should be lower than the new addition. He requested to redo the framing and said he would make it work. Even with a laser to grade the carport, we have a low place that holds water. About 6 months after building the new rooms, we had a huge rain storm and the bedroom and storeroom were flooded. The new flooring needed to be replaced. Very poor carpentry work done by his men. Him or his men not showing up as promised. Men drinking on the job. He did not answer his cell phone when called. Didn't clean up during or after work. Left existing driveway cracked and broken out. Walked off the job before finished.
