You have to wait a long time. The price is reasonable. They are very good. They take you on time it’s just that you have to wait. They are very, very professional. They are very efficient. The workers are very nice. I think what they can work in the future is that if it’s a simple oil change, they need to be able to get them out real sooner than an hour and a half.

When you take it in for an oil change you don't need to have an appointment which I like. They've got good hours on Saturdays from like 7 in the morning till 7 at night or something like that so I like to take it there on the weekends when I'm not at work and so I like the hours and that kind of thing.

The vehicle has a persistent rattle at 55 and above speeds. It has had that rattle since I bought it. I remember in the test drive when we got to higher speeds the salesman turned on the radio. It didn?t dawn on me at the time that it could have been to disguise something. There was no documentation or Carfax so car dealers are usually reluctant to disclose anything, but after a closer look it appeared that the vehicle had been in a collision. The rear cargo gate looks like it has been replaced or repaired and I suspect the noise in the front is part of an off-the-books repair and it wasn?t done all well as it could have been.
We would not use this dealer again, but we were traveling for the holidays at the time and bought the vehicle in a different state than we live in, so we won't have need to visit this dealer again.

They have all the parts there. They know all of their cars. They are well treated people there. I always go there for all of my oil changes and all upcoming maintenance. They charge me for 3 tires and I get the 4th one free. I don't have any bad experiences with them. When they tell me that I will be out of there in an hour and a half, if they are late, they will as a courteousy they will wash my car down and vacuum it out and make up for the time that they told me it was supposed to be out. They will do point inspections and tell you, like if your windshield wipers need replaced they will tell you that they are ready to be replaced so that the next time you come in you can plan on it. They always check with me before they do anything outside of what I came there for them to do. I think that their prices are very fair. If you have some major work done, like over $300, they will give you a loaner. A guy will pick you up, it is the same guy every time and he is a good driver. He doesn't scare you or weave in and out like a New York cab driver. The same guy will drop you off.

About 4 days after I bought it, I noticed coolant was leaking from the front of the vehicle. At first I thought the coolant reservoir was overfilled, and that the coolant had spilled out. I was wrong. Later it started getting worse, so I took it to Salsbury's Dodge City dealership, and they said a broken seam in the radiator was the problem. So I had to replace the radiator, hoses, and thermostat which amounted to $1100+.
I fully understand that when you buy a used vehicle that it is sold and quot;as-isand quot;. But a dealership always has a used vehicle checked out before they sell it. They even emphasized that. So I am sure they knew about that coolant leak (that was probably why the previous owner wanted to just trade it in for a new car). In my opinion that should have been disclosed, or a lower price advertised.

As far as auto sales go, I found them to be high priced and rather pushy but we have been really happy with the service that we have received here. I still find their prices to be high, but they are incredibly reliable. We have been using them to service our vehicles since March of 1986. The management for the service department at the dealership has a vested interest in keeping you happy and coming back. They are great a diagnosing issues and resolving the problem on the first visit.
