I used to love Precision but ever since they changed management they became abusive, arrogant and unethical. it seems like they don't believe in customer service anymore.

It turned out great. The thing I like about them is they call you to they let you know what’s wrong. They give you a clue and tell you what it’s going to cost you so you know it upfront, you’re not going in blind. If there is any problems that they get into once they get in they will call you back so they are very good about that. I have always had excellent experience with them. With respect to their price they are comparable with everybody else, so it’s the labors cost. I mean it’s cheaper than going to a dealer so it’s worth it. I don’t use anybody else. That’s what I like about them, they are honest, straightforward and upfront with you and they will let you know. It’s your decision if you want it done or not, they are very helpful in anyway. I have very, very pleased with them.
