Poor communication. Repairs were done poorly and attempts to have corrected were denied. Additionally, time spent communicating concerns caused additional "management cost" by the hour. Lastly, the billing was incorrect multiple times (charged for items not ours and questionable per hour billing on management) so I would recommend looking through the charges thoroughly.
