Title Companies
It was a full closure, so it went all through the bank and they paid all that. I liked everything about them. Everything takes time, so there's not much that I dislike. The time conflict was the bank holding it up; so once everything had gotten through, they stayed after hours for me and made sure everything was done as soon as they could get it done.
