I would never, under any circumstances, work with this provider again.  It was clear that, while they'd sold "Holiday" housecleaning specials, they had dramatically oversold themselves.  When I contacted them at the beginning of December, I was told they couldn't clean my home until after the new year.  This meant I had to hire someone else to clean the house in preparation for the Christmas holiday.  I scheduled a date in January, and then when that date rolled around, the owner called to inform me that he needed to reschedule.  I rescheduled with them, and then they called again the day of the scheduled cleaning to say they had to reschedule again.  I had taken time off work to be there, and had family coming into town that weekend, so I told them they needed to figure out a way to be there that day.  They showed up around 1pm (instead of 8am), and cleaned until around 8pm (we have a large house), which was, of course, well into our dinner and family time.  When they said they were done, I was beyond ready for them to be out of my house.  However, when I walked through the house to inspect it after they left, I saw that I could have done a better job by myself in half the time. 

OMG!  they were here for 5 1/2 hours.  They took their time and did it right.  Not very talkative, just down to business.  I will be using their service on a bi-weekly basis.

They were on time and very courteous. They called when they were headed to the job. They did a great job. Cleaning took about 4 hours. I would hire them again.

Called the morning of scheduled cleaning to say they had a schedule conflict and would be here 2 hours later. 3 hours later they arrived and worked non-stop for 6 hours. The 2 man crew did a really great job but  spent almost half of the time in the master bedroom and bathroom. Granted, it was in a terrible state, but was not the priority since we were hosting a huge party. I kind of wish they had started in the areas I designated as priorities because they were not able to get to a bedroom and bathroom which guests might have to walk through. In all fairness, I told them those rooms were the least used and only needed a quick once-over. They were also in a wing of the house by themselves and were probably just overlooked because of the layout.  However, they were spectacular cleaners and I am seriously considering getting them to come once a month  for a general cleaning. I would definitely get them again.

Excellent results.  Theorl quote was $250.  We gave them a $50 tip for a job well done.

Chuck and his crew detailed specified rooms in my home. His crew was very polite, careful, and did a great job cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, keeping room, and bedroom.

Perfection is an appropriate name for these cleaning professionals!  Everything was spotless!  They cleaned EVERYTHING from baseboards to shelving in cabinets and the pantry.  The blinds were dusted, floors were shining and carpets immaculate.  They showed up on time even calling me 30 minutes ahead of their arrival so I wouldn't have to take more time than necessary off of work.  Chuck and his crew worked quietly and efficiently.  It took them about 3 hours from  start to finish.  Well worth the money!

This was one of those experiences that makes you feel good about humanity. Do you know what I mean? This was a humble, hard-working, pleasant group of people. I was blown away. The only thing I would warn you about is the fact that you probably won't pay the same amount that is listed for their service. The reason is that it would be wrong not to give them a tip that honors the job that they will do for you. We had not had our house cleaned professionally in 16 years. I never thought that a cleaning service could be worth it. This service was worth it.

I got Chuck's number from Angie's list and called based on the reviews. I had recently had the floors done and needed a good clean. My wife works and I'm disabled. It's hard to keep up with everything but Chuck and crew came in and made the house spotless. We had lots of dust and grime in the master bedroom and bath and they destroyed the dirt. We now have chuck cleaning our house. I called him based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. the house has never felt so clean.

Chuck and crew cleaned the home we will be moving into this week.  Wow!  What a wonderful job.  They cleaned the home from top to bottom.  I am especially picky about kitchens and bathrooms - and the previous occupants did not clean up before clearing out - and these guys did an amazing job!  Chuck is a true professional! What a thorough job!!  Even though the job took longer than he anticipated at the outset, he stayed with the price he quoted me.  They truly are perfection cleaners.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Chuck at any time.

They were here at about the time they told me they would be.  After looking around, they got to work.  They worked from the time they got here until they left.  They did not stop for breaks or lunch.  I asked them if they needed water or anything but they did not stop todrink water or eat anything.  And, unlike other services, they did not take some breaks.

After a protracted remodel that included busting out ceramic floor tiles (yuk!  thick dust everywhere!) I saw the glowing reviews and called Chuck in hopes that he could help us clean up before we moved in.  It was between Thanksgiving and Christmas and he explained that they were very busy, but since we were in a bind, they WERE WILLING TO COME OUT ON A SUNDAY!  I couldn't believe it.  They showed up with everything they needed to do the job, listened carefully to what I wanted, and went to work -- for 7 hours!  They were amazing...cleaned windows, blinds, light fixtures, wiped out cabinet shelves and drawers, wiped dust off of walls and baseboards -- EVERYTHING!  Very efficient and professional.  The house glowed and it smelled so nice, too.  Such a big improvement!  I was so pleased, I gave them a BIG tip!  We couldn't have moved in without their help.  Thank you, Chuck & Crew!  We'll call again!

Perfection spent 10 hours cleaning a home that we purchased.  The house was left extremely dirty, from the floors to the insides of the appliances, you name it, it was dirty.  When Chuck and his crew left the place was absolutely immaculate.  Meticulous, courteous, punctual, and professional.  They now clean our home on a routine basis.

Three employees from Perfection Cleaning showed up at my home to clean.  They were very professional, supplied all of their own  cleaning products needed for the job, and worked intensely the entire time they were at my home.  They not only dusted and cleanedall the basics but also cleaned windows, sills, blinds, light fixtures, fans, baseboards, top of refrigerator, cabinets, oven, ....  I was amazed!  The house looked and smelled so clean and fresh when they were finished!  I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a good cleaning company!

We hired Perfection based on a super deal they had advertised here on Angie's List. And frankly, since the deal was nothing short of superb, we were probably not expecting a great deal of effort to be appplied. Were we wrong!! These folks came into my mother-in-laws house (I assure you it's not a filthy place) and stayed for hours, not missing a single nook or cranny!! My mother-in-law, who is a breast cancer survivor and is ill as a result, just needed some help in tidying up. We thought it would make a great Christmas gift. Now, my wife wants to hire them....at their regular rate (which is still good). I have no problem recommending this group to anyone looking for a quality cleaning crew!!
