We paid every note on time and even paid it off early. In August of 2011, we were peparing to retire when we discovered the title to the mobile home had never been transferred into out name. We brought it to their attention, but the seems to drag their feet about t*** it serious. In December of 2011, we retired and were ensured they would make priority to get the title transferred into our name. In April, we were told That DMV would not issue a title without a court order, and that would take 2 to 3 months. Five months later a judgement was finally obtained ordering DMV to issue the title I. Our name. It is now the end of October and we still do not have a title. They claim now that DMV will not accept the judgement but have not given us a reason. Bases on what they told us we obtained a house in Mississippi so now we maintaining 2 homes. We can not sell the mobile home without a title, we can sell the land with a mobile home on it we do not own and we can not move it. We thought we would be enjoying our retirement but instead we have been living a 14 month nightmare.
