The project manager, Mike, is quick to respond until there are issues. The "supervisor", Adam, is a joke. Final touches and finishes were holding up project completion and they all went MIA. Adam was too busy taking care of personal business to handle his crew. And I literally had to drive to Lowe's to buy supplies for the crew to use. I also had to do work on finishings myself to meet the deadline. I have no problem with doing work, but I don't pay people to do the work and then have to do it myself. Also, the guy who was subcontracted to do the flooring, Jeff, brought a helper with him. He proceeds to tell me that he picked him up from the side of the road while the guy was hitch hiking. Are. You. Kidding. Me???? You brought a homeless guy off the side of the road in to my house?!?!?!? If you are considering these people, do yourself a favor and keep looking. I feel like I could have done much better with the $6k I spent had I known what I was getting in to - a hot mess.

It started off very well. I think the firm got over busy and began to neglect this project. They began to send inexperienced workers who had to re-do several projects. Examples: Wooded floors were installed, but trim was treated with incompatible substance that caused it to blister. It had to be replaced TWICE because they repeated the mistake. In setting the wood trim, they left a gap of 1/4 inch between pieces of trim. We called it to their attention and they redid the spot--leaving the same 1/4 inch gap in a very noticeable place. Brick layers were inexperienced, did shoddy work, and even after being told to leave a column empty for electrical work, filled it with concrete trash, making it unusable by electricians. They dumped the leftover concrete mix in the front yard, making a mess of that area, not to mention damaging the grass.Where a ceiling was repaired and tied in to existing ceiling, a noticeable crack has developed that would make re-sale very difficult. We called these errors to the attention of the foreman, Mike. Who is not responding to our pleas. We used this firm on the recommendation of our insurance company. I would NOT use them again for anything. We are more than disappointed.

We were pleased with there work. They cleaned up well. We need them back out to check something and they came right out. They gave us no problems. And they did what we asked and they did everything with no problem. They dealt with our insurance company well.
