Patriot Mechanical and Construction

He took $3,000, completely demolished the house, and stopped showing up.  We tried many times to reach him have had no success.  He is a very unethical, dishonest man.  He is not even registered with the contractor's board.  I should have NEVER hired him.  My home is in shambles and has been for weeks.  Truly a nightmare!

Mr. Dunn worked good for the first two months, then we completely lost touch with him.  He had completed about 85-90% of the work when he stopped returning our phone calls.  We were persistent in trying to contact him, to no avail.  We finally officially fired him after he had put us 3 to 4 weeks behind on our remodeling project.  We, then, had to hire another contractor to finish the work, which, of course, cost us more money.  At that time, we found that much of the work performed for us by Patriot Mechanical and his contract workers was found to be inferior and, in fact, some of the electric wiring would have been dangerous to use, and not even close to Code.  In the end, we were extremely disappointed in this company. 

I have updated this review because, as we have continued to update our home, we have found multiple examples of his and his workers' poor work.  Absolutely everything he did was done on a sub-par level.  We continue to be disappointed that we spent money and got such poor results.
