Paternostro Air Cond & Heating

My wife called them out in the spring to prep for the coming summer. They spray and wash the outside. They lubricated the outside fans. Our fans are still have an oil fitting on them. Where as the new ones are sealed. You really can't fix a fan. We have older units so that's why it's good to have a service company that helps you get the most out of your investment. That's why I've been pleased using them.

We have two older A/C units and they have been helping them. The clean the outside units. They pressure was them and check the Freon pressure.We use them as a check up as well as any major maintenance. They returned the  cooling A/C back to working order.  I didn't have to call them back. That's a good thing too. It was the cost of the Freon. They recognized it was low. That's $100.00 a pound. It's was like $300.00 we needed 3 pounds of Freon I think. They're the type of company you can trust. When it cost $100.00 a pound for the Freon that seems like they're pulling your leg but it a reality. It's the cost of that old style refrigerant. When they schedule they meet the time that they say they are going to be here. I would give them an A a crossed the board. That doesn't happen very often so I'm pleased to be able to say that.

We have used them for over 20 years and have been very pleased with them. It was a sizable investment but me trust their advice. They're on time. They're good because hey don't try to fool you with words and they're up front when the recognize you need to spend some money. They've been able to get us repaired at times when a new unit might have been recommended. From a price stand point we have faith in what they recommend. They were competitive in the evaporate coil replacement. We had a leak and that was the cause. In an old Freon system you don't want a leak because it's so expensive to replace the Freon. We have a lot of trust in Kenny. We know the boss by name and it's a good feeling. Kenny's people that have been working for him have been very helpful. Our church has used them because of our recommendation. On a Thursday phone call they where out on Friday. So, you get good response. It turned out to be a compositor and not a whole air conditioning unit. Often times they know they have you at an advantage and they can say it's a new compressor that you need and so I have real good experience with Paternostro's. When they come out the next day it's a good feeling. It's been appreciated.

They have really been good. They go above and beyond for their customers. They came back to make sure it was working okay. I would absolutely use them again.

Excellent! I'm so happy to have found this company as I had a couple of bad experiences with my previous one. Paternostro's was a recommendation from a friend. The serviceman was excellent - very personable and caring. He did not talk down to me but after fixing the problem took time to show me a few things and checked out my system to make sure things were in order.
