We have had them for probably about 3 years. Pat and Dawn are wonderful! They use all natural cleaning products and the pricing is good.

This cleaning service was punctual and did a good job. She kept inviting me to charity events and I learned that the product I was buying for her to clean my house with were products she sells and get's a percentage of the sales. Therefore, you pay for the cleaning on the front end and pay her on the back end as well. I believe this should've been disclosed.

"[member name removed] did not HAVE to purchase my products. She chose to purchase these natural/organic. My products were given to my customers at my cost and I even listed the retail price below the product name as I was grateful for the fact that they would by them instead of me having to use Clorox products that are harmful to our health. She mentioned to me numerous times how she was new to BR, La. and knew no one, so when I know of an event going on in Baton Rouge I made sure she know about it. I felt bad that she missed her home town and felt isolated.She talked with one of my employees (behind my back) and decided to let me go and started using her to clean. This idea to use the other lady would have been OK with me as I was giving this employee customers anyway. I have been getting girls started for 12 years, giving them houses and training them to be very good as I had 32 yrs of experience and knew all the short cuts. God knows my heart and her writing the comments about me are entirely incorrect."

This is the third appointment for Pat and her team to clean our home. We are on a bi-monthly schedule. They arrive on time and get to work. There are three on the team and they each take a section of the house to clean. The natural products do not have a chemical smell, but a nice fresh clean smell. They are all friendly and easy to do busy with.

Via phone, Pat quoted $85 to clean my house. After the first cleaning, she told me she'd get back to me for a regular slot. After almost two weeks, I had to call to find out if she was coming again. She checked her schedule and I was on for the very next day without my knowledge. She then told me that due to the dusting in my house, she needed more $! I told her all I was going to pay this time was $85. She asked me to delete two rooms for that price. I did. After the 2 hour cleaning, she showed me a check from another customer in the amount of $140. She said that's what she gets paid regularly. I reminded her SHE set the price, not I! It is grossly unethical to try and INCREASE THE PRICE BY 65% after starting a new job. She apologized for her "mistake" I will not recommend her although the house is very clean. $70/hr for cleaning is way, way out of line!!

"In response to : Yes-I made a verbal quote sight unseen and upon working in the house I realized I had under bid. I did honor that bid on the 1st and 2nd visit but informed her that I could not continue for this price in future, giving her 2 wks notice. I felt that it was only fair for my girls and I to charge what my other 26 customers were paying. I do not show partiality from one to another and that was the reason for showing her the ck. Being a business owner for 33 yrs, I am accustomed to negotiating price. Many customers keep cost down by eliminating parts of the house, they need help but with the economy being what it is, we work prices out together. On the first visit to there were 3 of us cleaning and I supplied all the cleaning supplies. We stayed over 2 hrs making that over six man hours. I would have preferred she just told me "NO" but her and her husband got very upset so I made an attempt to leave. But, before I leave she asked me for my helpers phone number so she could get her to clean for them, which was very unethical."

They went above and beyond what was expected. They cleaned some cabinets that we were going to have painted, but decided against after the cleaning. They cleaned places we have overlooked for a long period of time

I've been using Ms. Pat for a while now, and I am very happy with the service. The house is always amazing after she is done. She is very thorough and uses all natural products, which I like because I have a toddler and 2 dogs, so I don't want them exposed to chemicals that could harm them. She is also a very caring person. I know it has nothing to do with cleaning, but it's nice to deal with people like that.

Most people know how stressful it is to move but after setting up appointments with Pat to clean my new home prior to moving in as well as my former home after moving out I was greatly relieved just knowing she would be there. Then she fulfilled my every expectation when she arrived at the appointed time and completed her work efficiently and effectively. I'm very pleased with her work and would happily provide a reference for her.

She does excellent work in my house. She is great. She is really a quality person. I pay $115 a week. She is extremely professional. She always comes when she says she will come. I have never had to ask her to do anything over. The price depends on what a person has to spend; what I pay is pretty expensive, but it is worth it for me. I would use her again in the future.

I have employed Pat Thomas to clean my home for the last 9 months and will continue to use her cleaning service in the future. My work and sleep schedules are hectic but Pat has been very flexible in scheduling, which I greatly appreciate. Hiring a cleaning service is a splurge but well worth it. Ms Thomas was very pushy when it came to using her preferred cleaning solutions ("essential oils") which of course she orders at an additional price. On the day of her cleaning she arrived on time but with such a fuss that my neighbor later asked if I had a party. Despite repeatedly warning them that my animals would quickly escape; they left the front door wide open while admirring my front patio. The woman who came to clean with her had great difficulty trying to figure out how to turn on the vacuum cleaner and later spilled a cup of water on the freshly mopped floor without making any attempt to clean it up. I later found the wet mop hanging in my utility room against my favorite (clean dress). They used two of my rags to clean the entire house - and left the microwave dirtier than the way it was before being 'cleaned'. In all I paid $85 for 2 people to clean for 1.5 hours and promptly undo some of their cleaning before leaving.

"I am sorry that this lady did not care for what we did while in her home. He home had not been cleaned in a very very long time and we ran out of cloths-it was that bad. I did not let her pet out but I will say that she took us out in the front patio and showed us all her plants..maybe that is when the pet was missing. I have been cleaning for 33 yrs and chemicals were causing me health issues. She did not have to use me but she made the decision herself. I will be happy to give any/all the references my future customers need. Most peeps love the fact that I use all natural products and are very willing to pay me to bring them into their home as I teach them to use them between my visits. The price I charge is very comparable to any other service provider in this area. They are listed in the references."

She is punctual and thorough. She stands behind her work. She finds money and puts it in a pile for me. She does anything that I ask her today. She is pleasant. She uses cleaning products that are good for the environment as well as you.

I found Ms. Pat on Angie's list and have been very pleased. I have a 3400 sq ft home and she comes every other week to my house. She originally brought a woman named Netta with her and it took 1/2 day to clean my house, but now she cleans by herself and she is there for the majority of the day. She is very thorough. She does require that you purchase all-natural, chemical-free cleaning products because of severe allergies. I have never had a negative experience with Ms. Pat and will continue to use her regularly.
