Started out ok, but became pretty inconsistent after a couple months. It got to where we couldn't even be sure what day of the week they would show up, or what time. Since we have a dog that needed to be brought in, that became a minor annoyance. They also seemed to be spending less time and attention on our job. Work seemed rushed. We have very small sections of mowable grass, so that was fine. But, the detail work of edging and taking care of dropped leaves was never really done to our standards. In the end, we went back to doing the work ourselves. Overall, I think this company means well, but are overpriced for the level of service and quality of work they actually provide.

"We never missed one cut. Because of a rainy year, our day did vary. To expect a certain hour of the day we arrive is unreasonable. We spent extra time each visit removing their dog mess."
