did not happen; could not locate a firm.

Lawn Tool Repair
I was patient, never raised my voice, and even apologized for having to call back, but the woman was very rude and angry sounding. There has been no resolution. I will have to call someone else to repair my mower after paying $300 to try and get the mower repaired. Dealing with these people was a major mistake. I would never recommend them to anyone.
