Bid was thorough and clear. Construction was done in the time frame promised. Superintendent communications were excellent; text, phone and e-mails.
Superintendent made 2 excellent suggestions to improve on my design. 1 for an expansion joint improvement over my design, where my design was a mistake. Another improvement was for a curved and quot;cornerand quot; instead of the square corner that I had designed. I will appreciate this improvement as long as I live.
Superintendent was also flexible and installed a drain for me at the 11th hour - most appreciated.
Work quality, forming and finishing was good.
Clean up was not specified in my request for proposal, but done well overall, except for 22 stakes left in the ground and 140 nails left on the ground. I'm not sure, but I don't think supervision was there that afternoon.
