Windows 10 upgrade caused glitches in performance, so I removed it. Shortly thereafter computer crashed. Nerdworks was able to
retrieve my files and reinstall windows 8.

The tech arrived a little earlier than our scheduled time and went right to work. He detected the issue with them quickly and got rid of the virus(es). After doing the repairs to the laptops, he also cleaned up both hard-drives. The tech was very knowledgeable and well-spoken but got right down to business and didn't chit-chat (aka...run up my bill w/ extra labor-time!!). I fully intend to use them again anytime I run into computer issues!!
