Excellent !!!! See above...especially the part where Mobile got on the phone with my insurance company because they knew that Florida's policy regarding windshield repair is one of the few states that will not apply any deductible to that particular repair. Otherwise I would not have known, and I would have been paying the cost of the replacement, as it was less than my insurance deductible! That was a VERY helpful piece of information, and I was so pleasantly surprised. If I had had to pay for the repair, I was assured that Mobile was going to see if I needed to replace the rim which surrounds the entire windshield. As it turned out, even tho I didn't have to pay, they determined that that part worked with the new windshield, so they saved Allstate about $45 not having to order and replace that rim. Great work !!!!
