It all started well as it has with every contractor we had. It seems once they get their money you are not as important anymore. After weeks of trying to get them back to finish the job so we could move in we had to hire other painters to finish their job. The new painters had to repaint all the walls because the previous paint coverings were done so poorly. The caulking they did needed to be redone. My advice would be make sure before you pay him the second draw make sure your happy with paint because they will have all kinda of issues with coming back to finish job.
