Millet´s Maintenance

Todd worked on various projects for us in the six years we lived in Baton Rouge. Not only was he the most dedicated, conscientious, and skillful person we’ve ever worked with, but he was kind and 100% trustworthy. He almost adopted my wife who, as an artist, worked in the in-house studio he developed, and who had a few uncomfortable moments with people trying to take advantage of her. Todd, there at the time, was her “protector”. When we moved, we knew we could never duplicate his services.

Todd and his assistant did an excellent job.  They were very thorough and even took the time to clean off all the caulking I'd used over the years to try to patch the leaking roof problem on my own.  They were prompt, very friendly and extremely professional.  It was such a relief to finally get this leak repaired and to know that it had been done right.  I'd absolutely recommend!

Todd did a great job on everything.   We thought our expensive custom door was ruined upon installation 1 1/2 years before. In addition to the doors crooked appearance, we could barely open it.  Todd identified the problem and fixed it quickly.  Now, the door looks better and opens smoothly with no extra effort.  He repaired an interior door with similar issues.
Todd removed & repaired shower doors that had leaked ever since original installation 1 year before.  They look great and don't leak any more.
The pantry shelves he added perfectly match existing shelves.
He installed our microwave with it's kit and our matching cabinet panels--it looks good & is very sturdy.
His grout work is very neat and looks great.
Our house numbers are set out from the wall (not flush)--they look very cool, especially when lit up at night.
All of Todd's work throughout the house is of very high quality.  He is friendly.  We will definitely hire him again and highly recommend him!

Todd was great to work with. He stuck to his price and told you about how much it would cost if you wanted something extra. He would call if he was going to be later than normal,but always showed up on time and was excellent in his efficiency. Isolated his work by blocking off the rest of the house to keep dust from work to a minimum. He cleaned up every day before he left. Todd was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him. You shouldn't have to wait for contactors to show up as Todd and his partner seem to be able to do it all.

It went very well. He returned my calls and showed up to do the work ON TIME!! I would hire him again.

We are in the middle of remodeling the kitchen but I feel strongly about praising Todd due to his professionalism so far and our previous interactions. Unlike many contractors (or the stereotype of them), Todd does not talk down to me as a woman. He explains things patiently, shows me what he's doing, and doesn't act like my questions are stupid. The hallmark of a good service provider is to give you options and tell you the consequences of your choices and then let you make a decision and that is what he does.
In addition, he gets things done. He's zippy. There's no other way to describe it. He works efficiently. He keeps things lined up and organized. If I could be as productive with my time as he is, I'd be rich.
He's neat. He always cleans up after his work such that you'd never even know he was there other than the fact that the job is done and done well.
He's trustworthy. I don't mind leaving him my key.
So far he has done an excellent job of scheduling the remodel of my kitchen. Timing for all the components - cabinets, paint, counter, tile - seems to be in order.
