Description of Work: Do not go with this guy-he is a crook. First of all, he supposedly has been in the business for almost a decade and a half, but can't even come close to guestimating the job that really needs to be done (it was initially only supposed to take one day, and two weeks later, we're still without a fixed a/c, and was only going to cost around $1,000 dollars, but by the time I finally lost patience, and cut connections with him, it was closer to $4300 and still not fixed), then, he charged me for a brand-new transition, which never made an appearance and a chemical called an "atomizer", which was supposed to be sprayed into the air ducts, and kill some of the bacteria/mold/etc..., and make the air smell good. Then, not once did he come at or even near the appointed time, and he never even called to say he was going to be late-I had to call him, which by that time meant that he was at least an hour late. One time he never showed up at all, and he always had some excuse for his lateness/or not showing up at all/ or not answering the phone. Also, he loves to talk over people, which is a huge pet peeve for me and a lot of others as well-to the point to where a couple of conversations turned into a shouting match (which is totally not like me). I wish I had known the truth about this guy-he even told me repeatedly that he had several customers that were completely satisfied with him, including property owners and restaurant owners, who "only used him". I eventually hired a licensed professional to come and clean up his mess (I was lucky, because some folks won't come in and do that-understandably).
