I explained it in a good way in the above section.

The only think I would add is that there should be two persons.  Six rooms for one person is too much.

A Merry Maids rep came out to talk to me.  We went over the whole house, took way too much time, going over what I wanted done.  She quoted me a price of $100 which was higher than I had paid before, but she said first time was more expensive.  She said this house was based on how long she felt it would take to clean the house. Two ladies came out to clean the house.  Our business is next door and around the time I figured they should be finished, one of the women knocked at my office door to tell me that they were leaving.  They had run 15 minutes over and that was the max she was allowed to go.  She wasn't apologetic, just matter-of-fact.  After they left, I went to look at the house and realized that she had not mentioned what she didn't finish.  So I spent the evening going over everything.  Nothing was very thorough and I was furious that I even had to try to figure out what they hadn't done. 
Since the original woman that came out was so thorough in filling out all her papers on me, I thought she would surely call me for a followup, or to see if I wanted to keep my next appointment.  I had told her I'd like someone every 2 weeks.  I never heard from her again.  No follow-up, no card in the mail, nothing.  I guess I should have called and complained, but I really thoght I'd have that opportunity when the rep called me.

The person who cleans my house is Linda. She's great and does a good job. I like them a lot. I have the same woman come every two weeks. I had to talk to the guy in the office a few times to come around to my point of view. My most important thing was to have consistency. He was sending a different person out every time.

They did a fine job and excellent, but they were high priced. They are very through and spent three hours cleaning my home.

It would depend on the team they sent. It was very inconsistent. Some weeks I would be very pleased, but more often than not I was unhappy. For $78 it should have been perfect.

Horrible. By the time I let them go, I felt taken advantage of.
