We have used Mark since 2012. We have always received excellent service and we are continuing to do business with him long term. In addition to routine AC system maintenance, Mark replaced one of our AC units that had failed in 2013. We highly recommend him.

Have used Mark for the last five years on our previous home and current home. Mark is the consummate professional and always goes above and beyond what he needs to do to make sure the job is done right. Mark is not going to do a job, if it cannot be done correctly. Mark is also very trustworthy. I've opened my house remotely for him to get in and do work when we couldn't be at home. There are very few people who I would trust enough to do that!

Mark was great to work with. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. I felt his pricing was fair and I will definitely be using him for future HVAC service I need to have done.

Excellent work. Always on time, never leaves until the job is done 100% correctly and always follows up on his work. Also use Mark for regular maintenance of both existing units.

Charged $3400+ for "coils". Left, and it didn't work. Charged $900+ for new compressor on a 3 year old Trane outside condensor unit that was to be waranted for 5 years. Despite invoice from installation that said "Waranted for five years" Mark's Maintenance refused to take responsibility. They had the nerve to suggest that we had had another workman who had damaged the unit---but, in fact, only Mark's Maintenance had ever worked on it, and they had originally installed it! After he Mark left from that $900 visit, the system worked minimally for 12 hours. When I told him this bordered on "fraud" he refused to complete repairs. So, we had to spend another $2300 with a REPUTABLE company---Climate Control of Baton Rouge. They practically laughed at what Mark's Maintenance had charged, and the final irony is that after $4300+ it still didn't work and Mark's Maintenance would not correct the problem.

Mark explained to me which air conditioner unit was best for my house. He picked it up and installed it. He came back to make sure the thermostat and everything was working well.

Mark was great about investigating a difficult electrical problem tenaciously until he identified the problem and didn't try to oversell us on what was needed to fix it. We were grateful that he came to our house several times after hours when we needed him.

He did a really great job. The parts took about 3 days to get here, but he called me on Friday to let me know the part was in and he would be here at 8am Monday to install it, which he was right on time. I had an ice maker installed by a friend, but it never worked. Mark was able to get it to work within a matter of minutes at no extra cost. He was prompt, courteous, on time; I highly recommend him.

Mark did an excellent job. He sent me pictures during the process as well as showing me everything that needed to be corrected.
I know that Mark knows what he is doing and is extremely competent.
