Outstanding service. Zoe did a great job. My house looks and smells wonderful! And she was sweet to my fur babies. Dustin the owner always hires professional staff. I usually have the same "house angel" as I call them, but if I do happen to get someone new, they know what to do and fall right in due to the training Dustin provides his staff. They have a checklist and know exactly what my house requires. I've always had excellent service from Maid Pro. I've used individuals and services in the past but I'm staying with Maid Pro. LOVE THEM!

After realizing that I was allergic to the new adopted furry pet my son brought home, we had a difficult decision to make. Either he had to go or we had to bring someone in to help clean. I was miserable. The puppy fur made me very sick and cleaning the house made me even worse. But the family loved the puppy so! My doctor recommended MaidPro because she used them.
Fortunately Misty at MaidPro now comes and cleans the house every other week. I can breathe now and we get to keep the puppy! She does a great job keeping the the entire house - fur free! And the list they leave of everything they have done is great! It gives you confidence that they know what they are doing!
And everyone there is so helpful and nice. They have worked with my schedule and my budget to set things up that are a good fit for me. They even helped before a party I was having and cleaned out my fridge for me. (I hate cleaning out my fridge!) everything was clean and shiny! My family loves MaidPro and the fact that we got to keep the puppy!

Misty has been cleaning our house for over a year now. She is absolutely wonderful. She comes in right away and starts cleaning immediately. She is very trustworthy, reliable, and efficient. She does a wonderful job. Her services make our lives less stressful!

Devon from MaidPro cleans my house on a regular basis. She is professional, efficient, and very capable. MaidPro is very good about keeping me with the same person each time which is a big relief to me. The company is also good about working with my erratic work schedule. I have had other cleaning services before. MaiPro is the best to work with, and Devon is a great cleaner! I really like them!

Overpriced for level of quality received. Spent extra time explaining what needed to be done because a different person was sent each time. Some personnel were professional and did a good job. Others were not. Very inconsistent. Did not send people requested on many occasions. Overall dissatisfied.

I used them a couple of time but they got progressively worse. They were nice, but it was just not what I liked. They were okay.

Amber and Misty were on time, friendly, polite and ready immediately to get to work after I showed them around the house. They had all cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as my directions and request list. I was pleased that I could pay the company on a credit card. I will use the services going forward on a monthly basis and maybe even more.

Couple of things MaidPro can improve on: making sure instructions make it to the person doing the actual cleaning. I gave specific instructions to not vacuum carpet upstairs because we were replacing it. No cleaning of counter tops or sinks because they were being replaced. We really wanted toilets, tub, appliances in kitchen cleaned and major dusting of walls and woodwork to ready for painting. The walls and woodwork got done but those instructions didn't make it into job instruction nor did the need for no vacuuming upstairs or cleaning of counters and sinks. Part of my two hour time projection was used up and caused the young woman to stay over to get our needs taken care of at the condo. She did so and had no problem.
That said, I would use them again! I thought all involded were professional, very nice and accomodating. I did post similar comments on their survey and I got a prompt response from the owner in Baton Rouge thanking me for the suggestions.To their credit they stuck to their estimated charge of $174. Thanks MaidPro!

I spent about $200. That went pretty good. My daughter was going to pay for it and she got their name from someone else and they were cheap so we decided to use them. They were on time and they did what they had to do.
