M & M GLASS LLC

M&M staff came to my home, measured, gave me a fabulous suggestion for the framed mirror, and then called me within one day to give me their estimate. I had priced this job with two other companies and decided that M&M was the best choice. They came about less than a week later to install the mirrors. The installation team was professional, came when they said they would, installed and even cleaned both mirrors in a very timely manner! I would definitely choose them again if the need should arise!

  An appointment was made to receive a quote for a large custom framed mirror. On the day of the appointment a lady named Stacy B. arrived on time, and was professionally dressed. She proceeded to explain the process, measure the space, and had samples of the frames that I could choose from to frame the mirror . After I choose the sample that best complimented my taste, and surroundings ,I asked her if she had an extra sample of the one I had chosen. She said yes, but it was in her car. Before going to the car, it started raining. Not just rain, it was the typical New Orleans summer torrential rain!! She put on a smile, and went to her car to retrieve the sample. She was standing under her SUV's trunk while digging in boxes for the sample. At one point she was getting rained on from the crack of the trunk. She then went to the drivers side to get an umbrella, and resumed looking for the sample. Upon finding the sample she came to meet me on the front porch with the sample in hand. She was pretty drenched! Now that my friends is real customer service! When it came time for the mirror to be installed, 2 guys came in, and said it would only take five minutes. Five minutes it was, no more, no less!!! They were very efficient , courteous, and professional. The mirror looks great, and I am very please with the results, and my dealings with this company. I wish all companies were like this!!

Everything went better than expected. The final product is beautiful and fits the space perfectly!

We remodeled our master bathroom.. Contacted M and M to build shower and make new mirrors.
They were very helpful with the design and did an excellent job.
They were not the least expensive.
Was a very pleasurable experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous...

I called them based on Angie's List . They responded quickly and came to the house and measured the windows. It took about 2 weeks for the glass to arrive. They came to install the windows. Some were installed but others had to be delayed due to problems with the window frames. Mand M waited patiently for the carpenters to do their work then came back and completed the job.
My only issue with them is that they broke the stops holding the windows in place and also broke a couple of the windows while removing the old ones. I have to admit that the stops were glued to the glass and were difficult to remove. Also they did not clean up the broken glass completely.

rennovating bathroom. Need shower door. Contacted M and M ( was referral from marble company) . Owner came and gave estimate. During the construction of shower M and M gave 2 estimates depending upon the finish and type of glass.
After construction contacted M and m . Had door constructed and and was installed promptly.
Was a very pleasurable experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a clay pot go through a window after a recent storm. Called three different window companies, only one returned out call. The company that called us didn't work on single pane windows, so they recommended M and M Glass. M and M Glass came out, gave us an estimate on replacing both windows. They installed both windows quickly and we were pleasantly surprised that they were able to match the tint. They did a very nice job, the tint was perfect, can't even tell we had windows replaced.
