Mr. Luna was great he came out and met with me regarding my needs and discussed some other items that they could attended to when I was ready. HIs staff provided a service on a regular basis. They came to cut the grass as usual and my husband was home a told them they did not have to cut the grass that day and they have not come back since. Not sure where the communication breakdown was but I would definitely use the again.
