A week after the inspection, the HOA performed unannounced repair work on the facade of the condo. I contacted Mr. Major and informed him of the change. He came back the next day and updated the assessment. This was above and beyond the requirements of our inspection agreement. The only comment about service is that he was an hour late for the initial appointment, perhaps that was a misunderstanding.

Mr. Majors showed up on time was very efficient and professional. Mr. Majors understood that I lived well over 25 miles away and mailed my appraisal to me and I was able to forward it to the people who needed it. He was very affordable compared to others I checked with before hiring Mr. Majors. I would and will recommend Mr. Majors to others who need an appraiser.

Mr. Major was very professional; he knew his business. His timing was a couple of days off, but other than that no harm done. He did a great job; I most definitely would recommend him to others without a doubt. He wasn't just in it for the buck; he did not over charge me. If you need someone to do an appraisal reasonably priced, your best bet will be Mr. Major. He did a very thorough job. I am very pleased with his work.
