I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We had to bring them back 3 times to make it right, and we don't think it is as right as we would like it to be yet. We just let it go. The crew that came out was good, but their method to install the windows was not what the manufacturer recommended, because we had a manufacturer rep come out.

People that brought it weren't so responsive; they were young guys. We were looking for a refrigerator in our price range and one that would fit in a small space that we had and the one that we bought from Lowe's was on sale. We aren't really happy with it but it is not their fault. I called because it was making strange noises and I was told that was normal. We went there because it was very convenient for us. They did it very quickly and got it in but they didn't get all the stickers and tapes off and I had to figure out how to get to the taped areas. They didn't quite finish the job; they plugged it in and got it running. It was minor but they should have taken care of it. The woman that sold it to us, we knew what we wanted so it wasn't like she had to sell it us but she was very efficient and very pleasant. It was nice to see a woman working in appliances so that is a plus. We do get different items from Lowe's and usually my husband installs it and we don't have any major complaints with Lowe's. It was not their fault. They delivered the refrigerator on time. When I was at the shop, obviously looking for something, not knowing what to look at, I saw that there were some women dressed in uniform, at the register talking and laughing, and I couldn't get anyone's attention. I was waving and some young woman that was passing by came over and asked if I needed help.

I buy stuff from Lowe's weekly. It is not services but buying. I literally go there at least once, or twice, or thrice a week. I never in term anywhere, from $80 to $100, it depends. They usually have what you need and a lot of stuff available at reasonable price. You can get whatever you need from your home there for most part. He has knowledgeable people to work there. They were very nice. They help you out when they need to. They load enough your truck and offering help. They are customer service oriented.

It went horribly wrong. and quot;Designerand quot; did not consider a window that was right in the middle of the cabinets, did not measure a bar on the back side of the oven wall, and gave circular answers to questions. Each individual part of the work had to be done by a different crew. Unplug stove-one crew, rip out existing cabinets-another crew, install new cabinets-another person, plug in stove, connect sink dishwasher-everything was piece-meal and very time consuming. Because of many errors on the and quot;designersand quot; part, this job began in January and was just completed 7/8. They do have an employee that went above and beyond to try and rectify each situation but she couldn't do enough to have me as a return customer (not that they would want me!). When work started, they found that I needed a water block on the wall behind the cabinets. I had to arrange for it on my own. Delay. Bead board on the back of cabinet connecting to another room was cut and pieced together. Oven wall unfinished. Delay to order proper size bead board. Plumber could not properly connect sink/dishwasher-had to get my own to correct their work.

We hired Lowe's to install carpet in 1 room of our home. They did a good, was professional, and we were happy with the service and quality.

They were not exactly extremely economical but they did do reasonably good work. They swapped people to get one guy in a different installation to do the work and I was not really pleased with that. That was not a guarantee just which company was going to do the work. I really cannot complain about it although I was not happy with it. I will use Lowe's again for sure.

They did a good job. I am very satisfied with the quality. They came exactly when they were supposed to. They were very professional. They were very efficient and did not waste any time. They went right to work, got it done, and were out of here. There was no inconvenience.
