I really do not have much contact with them, so, I was not at home when they had done it. I have not had any problem. Everything was fine. They had my home termite protection of my house and I just continue to use them. That was brilliant.

The technician arrived on time and was vey friendly. She treated my home and left the premises clean. What I appreciate the most is their integrity and courteousness.
I'm writing this because they have been my pest control company for about 15 years and have provided exceptional service. Prior to that I had terrible experiences with another company including extensive termite damage. Louisiana Pest Control ended up taking over the contract, they put in Sentricon system at our home and we had no termites after that incident. They were very helpful at that time and helped educate me about the infestation.

They spray everything so that we have no bugs; we have never had any bugs so they do a good job, I guess. The people are very professional; they have to do the inside of your house but you can feel safe enough that you don't have to follow them around. They know what they are doing and they know where to do it. They are very, very good and I have never had to call them back. I will use them again in the future.
