Our air-conditioner stopped working in the evening. Placed call (our regular service company) at 8 am; technician came at 9 am and had repairs completed by 10 am. We also had to call recently as our drip catch pan was plugged and stopping the system. We also had very fast and efficient service on that call and the drain system was flushed.
