It was not a very good experience. We were having some problems but the man just did not understand the equipment. He did not have the part when he got here. Their overall grade from me is very average. Their prices are high. We were not pleased with the quality. They were not punctual at all. I would not use them anymore for repairs, but I would for pool supplies. They probably need to have someone local, rather than someone from New Orleans.
