Not well. He is a good salesman, but all the work is done by cheap labor (mostly Mexican). Legendre does not supervise the work AT ALL. In fact, his subcontractors don't supervise their workers. I found myself again, and again explaining what I wanted in broken English and Spanish. Promise date after promise date were broken. First it was the weather, then it was my fault for trying deal with the workers directly (after Legendre didn't return my calls in a timely manner, if at all). Disgusted with dealing with a liar, I began communicating with him in writing. He stopped all work. I paid him in advance to finish the job . . .and that was the end. He promised to resume week after week, but eventually I had to spend an extra $10,000 for other people to finish the work.
