We spend most of our days servicing our regular service clients (our top priority), which can sometimes lead to non ideal service windows for one time service requests. Nevertheless, we do try to accommodate each customer as best we can. Additionally, you are correct that we could not answer your pool repair question, as currently we are strictly a pool cleaning company. In the future we may expand to covering repairs and other pool services, but for now we are sticking to what we know best (keeping our client's pools clear, blue, and ready for swimming)."
