Mr. LeBlanc did an Awesome job I am in the process of buying my first home and from the beginning of our conversation over the phone for me to set up an appointment very very very Professionalism as we talked he kept telling me that he was there for me that made me feel very important. When he arrived at the house he introduced himself and told me what he was going to do and went right to work. He explain to me everything he found that was and issue. I had two great experience with Mr. Leblance. The first home he found a lot of problem and it cause me not t make a bad investment. So, he came out to a second home I found and he found minor things that I was able to use to get a better price on the home

Roland LeBlanc was very knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the survey and he advised everything he was doing and why. He took his time with the sample collections to make sure everything was done correctly. He made no assumptions as to the results. "The results will speak for themselves." He made himself available to answer any and all questions including any that might come from the analytical results. I was very pleased with his service and would not hesitate to use him again if the circumstances warrant. I look forward to the results.

Roland provided me with an excellent home inspection. I had done some remodeling and I needed to know exactly what was wrong with my house. Because of his thorough inspection I was able to move forward with several home improvement projects.

He was a great guy, the only thing that I didnt like or Im not used to is he didnt provide a binder and pictures of the property. But he did a great job otherwise and he was very professional. I would use him again.

Mr Leblanc performed an excellent job at inspecting my home before purchase. He provided a very detailed account of his inspection and went out of his way to explain the problems that he did find.
