Le Sage Floors & Carpets Inc

I went to the Le Sage Carpet store in early January in hopes of having them replace my upstairs and master bedroom carpet. The salespeople were nice enough, but had trouble getting in touch with Earl Le Sage, who was needed to answer some of my questions.  They were able to give me a rough estimate based on my measurements, but said Earl would need to call me back and come out to the house to measure. After I called back numerous times over the next few days, Earl finally called me.  He came out to the house and measured. He said he would call me back with the estimate. That's the last I ever heard from anyone. 
 
I understand that they have a contract with new home builders to install carpeting in spec homes. Clearly, this work is much easier as there is no furniture to move and no owner to please. But it's bad business and worse manner not to contact a customer.

They took off the old carpet and cleaned the floor and then put down the new carpet. They put carpets in two big rooms. They were recommended to me by my friend. I was impressed by his work. What I was told about them was exactly correct. They did a very good job. They measured everything correctly compared to what the previous guy had done. They also fixed an area that did not look good with the old carpet. I rate them high overall.
