prompt. courteous. responsive, reasonable. I decided to wait a couple of years before doing the remodel for personal reasons. I will definitely contact him again when I decide it's time for the renovation.

I emailed this company. I followed it up with a phone call and left messages. Comments: 1. Never say in your voice mail messages that our call (customer's) is important to the company when you do not even have the decency to return the calls. 2. Promptly return calls. Leaving a few messages is not really good. 3. Promptly reply to emails. I did not have a good impression at all with this company based on my personal experience in conducting a potential business. Thus, I cannot recommend them to my friends or others.

Rusty worked with my schedule on the phases of the job. His crew was always punctual, quiet (I work from home and have conference calls), laid down paper throughout the halls to the bathroom to protect the wood floors, kept the bathroom door closed, set up work area outside to minimize dust, and cleaned up the area each work day. Rusty was on the job at least 1-2 times a day and explained exactly what was happening each day. He clearly explained everything, provided options where approprirate, and worked with me on special requests. I wanted to buy the shower head and shower door separately from the allowance in the bid so I could charge these items on my Lowes or Home Depot accounts. Rusty was very professional and his crew was very skilled, courteous and considerate.

The person I had dealt with was Rusty Golden. They did work for my daughter in remodeling her home and she was very pleased with the results; so they came over here and I had the same experience. These guys are very good at what they do. They are very considerate of what you want done. I did not want to spend a lot of money because this home is in a self destruct mode and that's because the floor was never built properly. It's a floating floor and so it causes the walls to crack. Their price was less than I anticipated and the quality of the work was extremely good. it was a lot of work and they coordinated it well so that we always had a bathroom available to us.
