DO agree or negotiate payment terms (end of job, not end of each day and payment by check, not cash).
DO be there to check on work.
DON'T allow them to work in inclement weather or when your yard is damp.

Mr. Leroy and his crew showed up in the morning & stayed until the job was done, which was around 7:30. They were three of the hardest workers I've ever seen. I will definitely call them for any future gutter or lawn service!

Great experience! Leroy responded quickly to my call, he was on time and super nice. I needed to have a dead tree removed, some bushes cut back and a very overgrown sideyard and patio cleared out. He took a look around, gave me a price and got to work. He and his crew finished quickly and made everything look nice and neat. Will definitely call again :)

Leroy came out soon after I placed first call, gave me quote, and cleaned out my gutters and my mom's gutters on same day! Also sent him to a friends out where he cleaned out his gutters and changed a hard to reach lightbulb.... great guy. Good service. Will call upon Leroy's services again!
