Larry is not only a stickler for details (in his words "OCD") and a perfectionist, but he is also creative and has a great eye for beauty. His fun,energetic, happy personality make dealing with him a breeze. He was quick to respond and very well-mannered. I also really liked his co-worker/sidekick.
I was a bit of a high maintenance customer. For example, I wanted the hardware changed two times because I couldn't make up my mind! Larry never complained and went above and beyond what he agreed to deliver to make sure I was pleased with the end product.
The only minor complaint I have was the clean-up could've been better but I had asked him to come back and redo the hardware so he was there on his dime at that point!!!
