+ -1 moreNot only was it rude that they would not provide a discounted rate for this type of public notice, but also would only allow this sort of public notice if under the complete control of the local police department. Even though the billboard was to be privately funded by friends and family of the victims, the local rep refused any compromise and would not accept this project. After initial contact, the rep did not return any phone calls or emails; he simply ignored all attempts at communication.
Description of Work: They refused to allow a billboard to be used for a reward offer in a murder investigation.
